Periodental treatment for Gum diseases
Gum disease like Gingivitis and Periodontitis are most commenly accuring dental gum condition. Symptomes like Bleeding gums while brushing teeth , Bed breth, loose teeth etc. Following are diffrent stages of gum diseases.
Gingivitis ( Stage I )
Signs:Gum bleeds easily when you brush and probed during dental examination. Gums are inflamed and sensitive to touch. Possible bed breath. Gums look red instead of pink in colour.
Periodontitis Stage ( Stage II & III )
Periodontitis is of early or moderate, severe type depending on seviraty of gum disease. Plaque and bacitarial inflamation spreads more on to bone around tooth it creates bone loss and periodontal pockets.
Gums may pulls away from teeth, bed breath bed test, Gum boils or abscess may develop ,teeth may become loose, packets 4 to 6 mm . In advance case packets will be 6 mm and more.
Treatment for gum disease is deep cleaning , proper brushing , daily flossing , massaging gums , every 3 monthly teeth cleaning . Some advance cases may require gum surgery. If treatmetn is not done in time there is possibility of loss of teeth.
